Yes. To reprint your E-Tickets, log in to your account and click on Manage Account, located in the top-left navigation bar under the Home button. You will see Activities on the right side of the page. In the activities box you will see an option to Print eTickets. On this page, you will select View Order to the right of the order. Once you view your order, you will see a button that says Print My Tickets Now. A new window will then open and will contain a PDF version of your tickets that are ready to be printed.

Our tickets are delivered as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. If you are having troubles opening your tickets, it could be due to you not having Adobe Acrobat installed. This application is free and can be downloaded at

The eTickets are sent emailes within 10 minutes once your order has been processed. Sometimes the email is automatically sorted into the Junk/Spam folder in your email account; be sure to check there first if you do not see them in your inbox. If you still do not receive them after a few minutes, you can log in to your account on our website and view your order history. Once you view your eTicket order, you will have the option to print your tickets directly from the website.

In order to pick up your tickets at Will Call, please bring your photo ID and the credit card that the order was processed with to the box office the day of the event.

This is typically caused by going through the order process, and then canceling the order or starting over. The best way to double check this is to log in to your account and click on Manage Account located in the top-left navigation bar under the Home button. On the right side of the page, if you click on Order History this will show you all failed and completed orders.

The answer is yes. All tickets will be scanned as you enter the event and validated by the barcode on the ticket. The name is only listed on the tickets to help us quickly be able to search and find your order if for some reason there is the need.
